WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All Pixxie's are sent via Australia Post and require a signature upon delivery. Shipping times vary but should reach most Australian destinations within 5-10 business days after dispatch.
LAY-BY POLICY
Service Fee – A non-refundable service fee will be charged for each new Lay-by paid directly to ‘Lay-Buy’.
Deposit – Each new Lay-by requires a minimum deposit of 30% and a maximum deposit of 50%
Term – Lay-by is available on a 3-month term and must be paid in full and prior to the finalisation date printed at the time of purchase. The final date for all Christmas Lay-by is: Friday 1st October 2021 (5:00pm). Orders finalised after the completion date may delay the shipping time and as a result may not arrive by the required time.
Paying it off early- Orders can be paid off earlier and if stock is available, it can be dispatched, please check with Pixxie prior to paying off the lay-by.
Payments – Instalments will be set up at the time of purchase and will be automatically deducted from your nominated PayPal account. The final payment must be made no later than 1st October for all Christmas pre-orders.
Cancellation – If you cancel your Lay-by, fail to make payments when they are due, or fail to collect Lay-bys by the due date we will refund you all amounts paid, minus a cancellation and handing fee of 20% This is in addition to the Lay-by service fee already paid. Please email info@pixxie.com for further information should you wish to cancel your lay-by.
No Modification – Lay-by orders cannot be modified.
Collection – The Lay-by must be paid in full before goods can be shipped.

Promotional lay-by - During promotional events, these terms and conditions may vary. See our full terms and conditions around each individual promotion. Please note discount codes cannot be used on lay-by purchases.
