All streaming applications are owned by third parties, whereby licensing agreements to view copyrighted content exist. Pixxie can not be held liable for any changes to these third party applications. Shipping

All Pixxie's are sent via Australia Post and require a signature upon delivery. Shipping times vary but should reach most Australian destinations within 5-10 business days after dispatch. 

What you need to know

If for whatever reason you change your mind, you can return your Pixxie within 30-days for a full refund.  

The shipping cost to return items is payable by the customer.

Conditions

• Your return is initiated within 30 days of purchase of your order.
• Your return is sent back within 3 days of it being approved.
• Item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unused condition in its original packaging with all protective packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
• Return authorisation has been approved via email.
• The shipping cost to return is payable by the customer. 

Pixxie reserves the right to reject a return request if it does not meet the above conditions.

Issue with your order or item/s?

If you encounter an issue with your Pixxie our Customer Service Team are here to help! We are a small team so it may take up to 48 hours to come back to you, possibly longer during promotional or holiday times, though we try to reply sooner.

If you believe there is a fault with your item please email info@pixxie.com with your order number, along with a few images and a description of the issue and one of our team will be back in touch to advise you of the next steps. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Pixxie Warranty

• Your Pixxie comes with a standard 1 year warranty
• During your warranty period Pixxie will service, replace or repair any manufacturing faults seen under normal usage
• Any damages such as impact, incorrect operation, improper repair or modification and shaking are not covered under our manufacturers warranty.
• Environmental damages such as high temperature, soot, dust or water are not covered under the warranty.
• Failure to remove the plastic protection off your Pixxie will void your warranty.
